Apps¶

Apps are first-party extensions to CanvasPro. They add domain-specific surfaces on top of the core platform without changing the core itself.

Each app appears in the navigation under its own name once installed. The Apps page is where you browse available apps, install new ones and configure the ones already in your instance.

Install an app¶

Apps are installed per-instance from the Apps page. Installation is a one-click operation; CanvasPro pulls the app bundle, validates its signature, registers its routes and surfaces, and reloads.

After install, the app appears as its own top-level nav item.

Configure an app¶

Each app carries its own settings. Open the app, find its settings panel (usually in a gear icon), and configure it. Settings persist per-instance.

App settings are independent of Configure, which is for the core platform.
